In the Meeting Mix: Planning and Running Effective Meetings—Join in this interactive session to build best practices for preparing, managing, and (maybe) even enjoying meetings that advance projects and build strong teams. Together, we'll cover agenda setting, meeting scope, shared responsibilities, and more.

Communications Check-In: Successful Communications Strategies—Get the basics, some tips, and lots of advice about effective and timely written and verbal communications from a seasoned PDC staff.

Examining the Energy Environment—Virginia’s energy landscape is more complex than ever. This session will explore energy challenges and resources available for local communities, as well as the latest on energy demand and transmission and the state’s recently-released energy plan.

A PDC Primer—A “PDC 101” session that will look at the history, roles, and responsibilities of PDCs, and also present some key program areas being tackled by several of our PDCs.

And—PDC case studies on Housing, Transportation & Resilience/Disaster Planning.
